Another tooth saved. Patient reported with broken crown and tooth inside it(fig.1) , in the first week of January 2022. He wanted us to save his tooth. He was informed about the prognosis of different treatment choices like extracting the tooth and placing the implant or saving the tooth by re-R.C.T followed by post and core , crown lengthening, and crown placement (having questionable prognosis).
