Clinical Case Presentation : 18 years old patient reported with broken front upper tooth due to fall (4 months back) while playing. We assessed the vitality of tooth through tooth vitality checking instrument, it was found that the tooth was vital. After patients consent, a cosmetic filling was done to restore the exact shade and shape of the tooth and thus restoring the smile back on his face.
