Clinical case presentation: a). A lady reported to our clinic with chief complaint of: 1. Difficulty in chewing food from her left side because of pain in gums around the crowned tooth while biting, 2. Food lodgment below the crown, 3. Chipped ceramic over the crown. b). The crown was cut into two halves and removed. There was cavity in tooth below her crown and old root canal sealer was dissolved due to long standing unattended problem of food lodgment. Patient was explained about the situation and after discussing the treatment plan, Decayed part of the tooth was removed, c). Re-Root canal treatment was performed, d, e). Tooth was restored with Post and Core ( 3 fiber stock posts and core of the tooth was build up) and Metal Free crown was cemented over the tooth(picture not attached).
