Basal implants, Get fixed teeth in 3-7 days, A case done with basal implants, patient was wearing denture since last 25 years. As the bone resorbed with progressing age, the patient was finding it difficult to eat and speak with unstable dentures. In this case we were able to give fixed, implants supported teeth in lower jaw. Lower back implants were placed by bypassing the nerve.
