Patient reported with pain in right and left lower back teeth and also food lodgment under left lower crowned teeth. 46, 47(Right side 1st and 2nd lower molars) were decayed with missing crowns. 35, 36 (Left side lower 1st molar and 2nd Premolar) were having crowns under which gums were inflamed due to food lodgment.Patient was advised Extraction for above mentioned teeth and followed by Implants. We Managed to save most of his teeth. Steps are as follows:b) At Dr Popli’s Dental Clinic, IOPA X-Rays (radiographs ) were done and assessed. Old bridges were removed. 47 (right lower back tooth) could not be treated so it was extracted after patients consent.c, d) Under strict sterilization protocols and following conservation of tooth structure, old bridge in relation to 35 and 36 were removed. Re-Root canal treatment of 35, 36 and 46 were done followed by Post and core restorations. cementation (luting) of Fiber stock post was done in 36, 46 and custom cast post was done in 35. e) Crown lengthening was performed followed by All Ceramic crown and bridges given in 36, 45, 46, 47 region.
