We Are Hiring! We need a Dentist : Job description: 1. Examine patients’ medical records 2. Prepare patients for treatment (e.g. by applying oral sedation or anesthesia) 3. Check teeth, gums and other parts of the mouth, along with X-rays and tests, to diagnose dental problems and formulate treatment plan along with the workflow. 4. Clean teeth and remove plaque 5. Identify tooth decay and replace cavities with fillings 6. Design and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns and dentures 7. Apply teeth-whitening treatments 8. Conduct tooth extractions and root canal procedures 9. Perform minor surgeries 10. Prescribe medication as needed 11. Educate patients on proper brushing techniques, flossing and fluoride use 12. Promote good oral health and preventive dental care (e.g. by scheduling regular check-ups) Requirements and skills 1. Good communication skills 2. Work experience as a Dentist 3. In-depth understanding of dental hygiene 4. Experience with dental equipment and tools 5 . Experience with surgeries and teeth extractions 6. A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable 7. Attention to detail 8. Ability to remain calm under pressure 9. Empathetic with patients and co-staff 10. Good management skills. Ability to manage clinical procedures independently or delegate work by coordinating with consultant dentists in order to provide quality treatment to patients. 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Keeping records relating to the oral health of patients and communicating the treatment plan to them. 12. Managing and communicating with other staff members to provide care to patients. Requirements: 1.Degree: Bachelor in Dental Surgery 2. Registration with Delhi Dental Council
