We also use attachments fixed inside the teeth-root or along with the crown or metal copings. Overdentures are good alternative for the patients who have 2 -4 teeth remaining in one of their jaws and also that they don't want implant in their mouth. or in those patients where 2-4 teeth are present and due to systemic/ medical condition implants can't be placed.
